16 mm film projection, black and white,
7 min 56 s loop

An object reminiscent of a modern sculpture is depicted through a camera that revolves constantly around the object inside an industrial building. While the shots gradually move closer to the object, the film slowly turns from figurative to abstract and makes apparent the synchronised movement and interdependence of the rotating camera and the light source that is illuminating the object. For the film’s initial presentation at the Contemporary Art Museum of Estonia (EKKM), a platform was built on the floor of the exhibition space at such an angle that it established its own order of space. This geometric intervention accentuated a similar use of geometrics in the film and created a dialogue between the textures and space shown in the film and those of the exhibition space.
